7.1.- Information gathered

The personal and non-personal information collected will change depending on your use of the website and its features.

Personal and non-personal information collected will come to us in three ways: 1) information collected automatically, 2) information you voluntarily provide to us, and 3) information provided to us by third parties.

7.1.1.- Automatically collected data

This information will consist of:

7.2.- Rights

We inform you that the completion of the forms is voluntary. However, if you do not fill in the mandatory fields (marked with a required or asterisk) the use of some functions of the site will not be possible or will be limited.

The personal data you provide will be incorporated and processed in the files owned by the Service, in order to be able to respond to your requests.

In addition, if you consider that there is a problem with the way we are handling your data, you can address your complaints to the appropriate data protection authority, being the Spanish Data Protection Agency the one indicated in the case of Spain.

The Service will use the data collected to:

  • Manage and update the service (the legal basis being our legitimate interest in keeping and maintaining the service up to date and in good condition).
  • To attend your requests, as well as to solve your doubts (being the legal basis our legitimate interest in answering and solving the queries of our users or your consent, depending on the case and the type of contact channel).
  • To maintain the security of the Service, investigate illegal activities, enforce our terms and conditions and assist law enforcement agencies in their investigations (the legal basis being our legitimate interest in ensuring and maintaining the security of the Service and its users).
  • To send you our latest offers and promotions if you have signed up for our newsletter (the legal basis being your consent).

In addition, the Service may use users’ personal and non-personal information in the form of aggregated and anonymous data for display to third parties. The site’s website has TLS encryption that allows users to securely submit their personal data through standard contact forms.

The personal data collected will be subject to automated processing and incorporated into the corresponding files of the activity register and of which the Service is the owner.
In this regard:

  • We will receive your IP, which will be used to check the origin of the message in order to provide you with appropriate recommendations (e.g. to present the information in the correct language) and to detect possible irregularities (e.g. possible attempts of cyber-attack on the Service), as well as data concerning your ISP.
  • You can also provide us with your data by e-mail.

7.3.2.- In social media

We have profiles on some of the major social networks on the Internet, and the Service is responsible for the processing in relation to the data published on them (for example, photos uploaded by the Service in which people’s faces appear).

These data will be treated as the social network allows corporate profiles. Therefore, we may inform, when the law does not prohibit it, our followers by any means that the social network allows about their activities or offers, as well as provide personalized customer service.
In no case we extract data from social networks, unless the user’s consent to do so is obtained promptly and expressly.

When, due to the nature of social networks, exercising your rights depends on the modification of your profile, we will help and advise you to the best of our ability.

7.3.3.- In job offers

Only job or internship applications submitted by the candidate through the corresponding means or through those available in the employment and internship areas on websites where we have published a specific offer will be evaluated by the Service.

All other applications will be rejected.

You authorize us to analyze the documents you submit, all content that is directly accessible through search engines, the profiles you maintain on professional social networks, the data obtained in the entrance exams and the information you disclose in the job interview, in order to assess your candidacy and be able, if necessary, to offer you a position.

7.4.- Data retention

The following is an indication of how long the data processed by the Service is retained:

  • Disaggregated data will be retained with no time limit for deletion.
  • Users’ data will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months in order to be able to respond to their requests.
  • Customer data will be retained as little as necessary, and may be kept until:

– 5 years, according to art. 1964 of the Civil Code (personal actions without special term).
– 6 years, according to art. 30 of the Commercial Code (accounting books or invoice, for example).

  • User data uploaded by the Service to pages and profiles on social networks will be retained from the time the user gives consent until it is withdrawn.
  • The data of candidates for a job offer, if the candidate is not selected, will be kept for a maximum of two years to incorporate them to future calls, if the candidate authorizes it.

8.- Service providers and others

There are third parties that manage part of the Service.

They are required by the Service to comply with this Privacy Policy to the extent applicable to them and they must also have their own. However, the Service shall not be responsible for compliance with such policy.

Under some circumstances, the Service may share, use, preserve or disclose Personal Information with third parties on a non-aggregated basis:

  • To provide the Service:

Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as web hosting, statistical monitoring or web development. These service providers may collect and have access to information that is necessary for them to perform their functions, but are not permitted to share or use the information for any other purpose.

  • To cooperate with the competent authorities:

If we believe it is reasonably necessary to satisfy any law, legal process or legitimate interest. In any case, we will only provide the information strictly required.

9.- Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not responsible for: a) errors or omissions in the contents; b) the unavailability of the website or; c) the transmission of malicious programs in the contents, despite having taken all reasonable technological measures to prevent it.

The Service reserves the right to make unannounced changes it deems appropriate in its website, may change, delete or add content and services provided through the same as the way in which they are presented.

The Service takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to
protect the security and integrity of personal and non-personal information collected. Both against unauthorized access and against accidental alteration, loss or destruction.

In any case, the Service cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information collected, so you must cooperate and use common sense at all times about the information shared.

You understand and acknowledge that, even after deletion, personal and non-personal information may remain visible in cache or if other users have copied or stored it.
