In 2012 M. DE MISSER ADVOCATS began the work of conflict resolution through mediation, offering at that time to our clients mediation services as an effective alternative to the judicial process. Pursuant to Organic Law 1/2025, of January 2, on measures for the efficiency of the Public Justice Service, we continue to support this mechanism more strongly after more than a decade of finding that this system provides solutions to disputes that are more agile and adapted to the circumstances of each case.
We understand that human and close treatment is the key to reach satisfactory agreements, so we work to offer a space where the parties can dialogue and find mutually beneficial solutions in all kinds of matters.
